- Smoking is forbidden in the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the owner.
- Exit time is at 11 am, but a later time can be agreed with the owner depending on the room availability.
- Entry time is at 1 pm, but an earlier time can be agreed with the owner depending on the room availability.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk.
- Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the room or its facilities.
- When using the communal areas of the house guest must respect other users.
Reservation and Cancelation Policy
- Reservations must be guaranteed with the payment of a deposit equivalent to a nights stay.
- Children under 3 using a cot whilst sharing with 2 adults, free of charge.
- Use of the put up bed, incurs an additional cost of 6€.
Conditions of Cancelation
- 0 % when the reservation is cancelled with more than a months notice from the date of entry.
- When the reservation is cancelled with less than a month but more than 15 days notice, the company will allow the deposit to be reused for a future reservation, providing it is within a year, starting from the date of the initial reservation.
- 100% when the reservation is cancelled with less than a months notice from the date of entry.
When due to unforeseen circumstances your full stay is not utilized, providing the client gives at least 7 days notice, the proportional amount of the advance will be returned.
